RETURNS:
Bottom line is...we want you to be happy and LOVE your items! If you don't love anything, we'll happily accept your return. If your order exceeded $50, we'll refund you the same method of payment or issue store credit. Your choice! If your merchandise order was under $50, we'll give you store credit to use any way you choose throughout the store.
Just a few things we kindly ask...
(1) Please return items within 14 days of receipt. All returned items should still have tags in place and must be unworn, unwashed, and be in the same condition in which they were delivered. Items that appear worn, altered, have stains (including deodorant stains), pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will not be accepted. Makes sense, right? We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.
(2) Customer is responsible for return shipping. You may return using the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package as we are not liable for any returned merchandise lost in transit.
(3) If you feel that you received a damaged or defective item, please shoot us an email within 3 days of receipt. Use your smartphone to take photos of the item and email the images to: info@m2fashionboutique.com.

EXCHANGES:
Our collections are unique and always changing, which makes quantities limited. Therefore, we cannot always guarantee an exchange. However, contact us and we'll work with you to get you the right size or help you return the item. Again, we want you happy and loving your new stuff!

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please allow at least 5-7 business days to process your return once received. Once processed, we will contact you with refund or store credit info.
